I find it so interesting to read about trends and fads specifically as it pertains to dieting. As a person who’s never once been on a diet (to lose weight) reading about the trends of 80’s and 90’s dieting is humorous. Two big trends 30 years ago were cabbage soup and baked grapefruit. A friend of mine still lives by the cabbage soup diet to this day, and she hates every bite. Although some may consider grapefruit to be some life-altering citrus fruit, to me it’s merely a tasty + healthy snack.
