I’m all about sharing my latest allergy friendly food finds and brands. The last 19 months of my life have been quite the experience. Nurturing, teaching, laughing and learning with my blossoming daughter has been one of the most beautiful periods of my life. These past eight months have simply added to the experience. Since Emory was diagnosed with food allergies I’ve been consumed with learning all there is to know about childhood allergies and eczema. My goal when comprising this list of 50 + Allergy Friendly gluten free, vegan and plant-based products was to ensure I only included items I’ve personally eaten. Honesty is really important when highlighting products that are deemed “allergen friendly.” Food allergies are nothing to play with and I take sharing these products very seriously. The list is broken down into categories to make it easier for you to identify the gluten free, vegan and plant-based products. This list will continually grow, but I’ve started with allergy- friendly products. These snacks are safe for schools, healthy, all-natural and delicious. They are perfect (and safe) for breastfeeding moms of children with food allergies and most of them can be enjoyed by the whole family. Please note: These items were selected based on my personal allergies (Nut, Egg, Wheat, Dairy). The majority of these products contain coconut, corn and soy.
